Jose Luis Salon and Boutique is looking for self-driven, organized, energetic and outgoing employees. We take pride in our customer service and the experience our clients have while at Jose Luis Salon and Boutique.

Some responsibilities include:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through implementing front desk policies and procedures.

• Book appointments, manage stylist schedules and processing client payments.

• Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.

Qualifications

• Salon Biz software and prior salon/retail experience is preferred but not required

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer services practices

• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements

• Customer service focus

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills

• Available to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays
